Executive Chef Jesse Ellis

Executive Chef Jesse Ellis brings over a decade of culinary expertise to the table. For the past year and a half, he has led the kitchen, overseeing food quality, staffing, and operations, while delighting guests with standout creations like his signature Philadelphia Cheesesteak Eggrolls. Jesse began his culinary career in Clearwater, FL, where he trained under seasoned chefs who inspired his craft. His career includes managing high-volume kitchens in St. Petersburg, FL, and an eight-year tenure as Kitchen Manager at Towne Tavern in Riverside, NJ. He is a standout for his innovative approach, passion, and dedication in the kitchen.

Sous Chef Emil Suarez

Born in Atlantic City, NJ to an immigrant parent, Emil proudly became the first person in his family to graduate from high school. After realizing how naturally the culinary field came to him, Emil began as a dishwasher and rose to the role of sous chef over the next few years. He prides himself on mixing his heritage's ingredients with modern American dishes, and thrives on adding in new twists each time he cooks.
